GIS refers to Geographical Information Systems.

It combines primarily 5 main things.

There is a wide use of GIS Applications.

It simplifies your business by analysing the reach of your customer base as well as it helps your business to expand by exploring new territories .

Purpose of this Blog.

I am a student pursuing Msc. in Geomatics from CEPT University, Ahmedabad.

I will be exploring mainly GIS and its Applications/Uses to improve business.

I will be first introducing GIS and then would emphasise more on business part for improvement of businesses.
